How to reach us
Email hello@veuveclicquottours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are an independent booking guide, not the house and not a tour operator, so we cannot book, change, cancel or refund anything. A tour booking goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. A cellar tour you booked with the house goes to the house.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Most tours we list refund in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; the few that do not say so on their card.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. The house's calendar changes with the season, meeting points move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Office de Tourisme du Grand Reims
6 rue Rockefeller, 51100 Reims, on the cathedral square. Its information point on the Cour de la Gare, at Reims Centre station, opens six days a week, and the shared tours meet in front of it.
